As a result of the need to ensure that clients remain compliant with the country's Company regulations and thus provide specialized services in this regard, the firm incorporated a nominee company called FOAC Nominees Limited.

The company, which is run as an ancillary to the firm, is made up of counsel who are experienced in company compliance issues. Regular company registry filings, such as changes in management, shareholding, addresses and Annual returns are handled by this company. It acts as company secretary to a number of clients and thus conducts the statutory meetings namely Annual General Meetings and Board of Directors meetings.

The company also maintains the corporate files of the client companies and therefore serves as the reference point for company details for its clients.
